Potato-Bean Puff

Ingredients

1 cup potatoes, boiled, mashed

1 cup tofu, mashed

3 eggs

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 onion, finely chopped

Salt to taste

Steps

1. Blend all ingredients.

2. Season with salt.

3. Drop by spoonful onto greased tins.

4. Bake until golden brown.
