Ingrediens
1 tbsp basil, crumbled
1 1/4 tsp each: rosemary, oregano, chili powder
1 can Dole Pineapple Chunks. (567 g), drained
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved into 1 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 kg fish steaks
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cans Dole Pineapple Juice Drink (sweetened) (240 ml)
Steps
1. Combine spices.
2. For sauce pour 1 1/2 cups Dole Pineapple Juice Drink into a small saucespan.
3. Stir in 1/4 tsp spice mixture and cornstarch.
4. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture boils then add the Dole Pineapple Chunks. Set Aside.
5 Place 1/4 cup Dole Pineapple Juice Drink Into pan dish. Stir in the remaining spice mixture, garlic and olive oil. Add fish, spoon the spicy juice over fish.
6. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
7 Garnish with red pepper if desired.
8. Serve fish with pineapple sauce
