Chinese Celery With Peas (Recipe)















Ingredients

6 cups frozen peas
1 cup chinese celery, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons cream of asparagus
Salt to taste
Water

Steps

1. Saute garlic and onion.
2. Add peas and water as desired. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Season with salt and cream of asparagaus.
4. Add Chinese celery before removing from fire.
