Vegetarian Nuggets (Recipe)















Ingredients

1 kilo tofu, drained, mashed
1 onion, chooped
1 kinchay, chopped
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cream of mushroom powder
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil

Steps

1. Mix well tofu, flour, cornstarch, and cream of mushroom powder.
2. Add kinchay, onion, and salt then mix well.
3. Heat a nonstick pan and brush with vegetable oil.
4. Form tiny nugget sizes and grill on both sides until seared.
