Ingredients
1 kilo spinach
2 red bell peppers, cut into 1"
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon chili pepper, flaked
Salt to taste
Whole hot chili (optional)
Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil over medium fire.
2. Add bell pepper and garlic. Stir for 1 minute.
3. Add spinach and cook until done.
4. Stir in mustard, lemon extract, and chili pepper.
5. Season with salt.
6. Garnish with hot chili.
7. Serve immediately.
