Piña Toast (Recipe)


Ingredients

6 slices 1-day-old whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons butter
6 canned pineapple rings, drained
6 teaspoon honey

Steps

1. Spread each slice of whole wheat bread with butter and place butter-side down on a cookie sheet.
2. Butter the top side.
3. Arrange one pineapple ring on each bread.
4. Top with 1 teaspoon of honey.
5. Place cookie sheet in oven and bake until light brown.
6. Serve hot.
