Greek Salad (Recipe)


Ingredients


1/2 ripe tomatn, seeded
1/2 green pepper, cut into medium dice
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chooped
1 small sweet onion, cut into rings
1 clove garlic, chooped
1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill
1/2 dried oregano
90g (3 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp chooped fresh parsley
3 tbsp extra-virgin oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Steps


Place the first nine ingredients in a mixing bowl.  Mix the olive oil and vinegar together in a small bowl.  Sprinkle a pinch of a salt and pepper in the salad and toss with half of the dressing.  Add more dressing as desired.  Served chilled or at room temperature.
