Chicken Grape Salad (Recipe)


Ingredients

300g (10oz) cooked chicken breast, cut into small cubes
150g (5oz) celery, chopped
150g (5oz) seedless green or red grapes, halved
250ml (8fl oz) mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
60g (2oz) flaked almonds
1/4 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Mixed green

Steps

1.  Combine all the ingredients except the mixed greens in a medium-size mixing bowl; toss well.  Serve chilled over a bed of the mixed greens.
