Ingredients
1 kilo tofu, sliced, slightly fried
1 white corn on the cob, boiled, scraped
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cream of mushroom powder
1/2 cup water
Steps
1. Dissolve cream of mushroom in water.
2. Saute garlic and onion in vegetable oil.
3. Add corn, tofu, and cream of mushroom.
4. Simmer until sauce slightly thickens.
5. Serve hot.
