Beef Tapa (Recipe)


Ingredients

1/2 kilo beef, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fish sauce
2 teaspoon iodized salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1 head garlic, crushed

Steps

1. Mix all the ingredients in a small amount of water.  Marinate the beef to mixture.
2. Place in the refrigerator over night then fry.
