6 pieces tilapia (cleaned & descaled)
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, sliced
3 pieces Jalapeño green pepper
1 tablespoon ginger, sliced
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon MSG (betsin)
Steps
1. Put the garlic and ginger at the bottom of the pan and then the fish.
2. Mix all the other ingredients and pour into the fish.
3. Let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve.
