Artichoke Hearts With Herbed Cheese (Recipe)


Ingredients

Tin artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
225g (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, chives, chives, etc.)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
30 fresh radish slices

Steps

Slice the artichoke hearts into 30 neatly trimmed slices.  Mix together the cream cheese, herbs and salt and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.  Use a pastry bag to pipe a small rosette of the cream cheese mixture (about 1/2 rounded tablespoon each) onto each artichoke slice.  Top with a radish slice and serve immediately.
