225g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
375g (12 oz) blue cheese, crumbled
454g (1 lb) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
Salt and white pepper to taste
220g (7 oz) pecan chips, toasted
Steps
Using a wooden spoon or food processor, mix together all the ingredients, except the pecan chips, until smooth. Shape the mixture into two balls, about 454g (1 lb) each. Roll each ball in the pecan chips to coat. Chill quickly. Keep in the refrigerator and serve chilled. The extra ball may be stored in the freezer, double-wrapped in cling film, for up to 1 month.
