Ingredients
3 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled, cooled and chopped
1 tbsp chopped celery
1/2 spring onion, sliced
1/2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Steps
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl: stir just until combined. Adjust the salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
