This curry-flavored spread is simple and irresistible.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 teaspoons Madras curry powder
Cut-up assorted fresh vegetables or crackers, for serving
Steps
1. In a 1 quart mini electric slow cooker, mix together the cheese, milk, scallions, olives, and curry powder.
2. Cover, plug in the cooker, and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until hot. Stir to mix well. Serve with vegetables or crackers for dipping.
