This trick really makes an impact! A very noisy one! The colour change is instant and most effective.
What You Need
Two balloons of different colours - say one red and one blue. A drawing pin. A small blob of Blutack.
What You Do
Insert one balloon inside the other (1). Blow up the inner balloon and knot the end. Blow some air into the outer balloon so that there is air space between the two balloons and tie this one off too (2).
Stick the drawing pin onto your thumb using the Blutack (3).
When you are ready to perform the trick, hold the balloon(s) by knotted end. Count to three and then burst the outer balloon with the drawing pin. There will be a loud pop and the balloon will instantly change colour (4)!
