1/4 cup sugar
2 cups peeled oranges, seeded and halved
1/2 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits
1 1/2 tbsp. calamansi juice
1 package orange or strawberry gelatin crystals
1 pinch salt
1 cup Dole Pineapple Juice
Steps
1. Add sugar to oranges and stir lightly. Let stand for 30 min. at room temperature.
2. Measure and strain orange juice and add water to make 1 cup of liquid.
3. Mix this liquid with the pineapple juice in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
4. Put gelatin powder in a bowl and pour over boiling liquid. Mix until gelatin powder is dissolved.
5. Add calamansi juice and salt white mixing.
6. Stir in orange and pineapple bits.
7. Pour into ice cream cups and refrigerate until firm.
