Breaded Mushrooms (Recipe)














Ingredients

3/4 kilo whole abalone mushrooms
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup water
Vegetable oil
Salt to taste

Steps

1. Mix eggs, cornstarch, flour, and water.
2. Season with salt.
3. Dip mushrooms one at a time in egg mixture.
4. Fry util golden brown.
5. Serve right after frying.
