Garlic Rice (Recipe)


Ingredients

6 cups 1-day-old rice, loosened
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons margarine

Steps

1. Fry garlic in margarine until golden brown.
2. Add rice and cook over low fire, stirring continuously for 10 minutes.
3. Serve hot.
