Baby Lettuce and Fresh Salad (Recipe)


Ingredients

300g (10oz) mixed baby lettuce
30g (1oz) fresh flatleaf parsley leaves
15g (1/2oz) fresh mint leaves
15g (1/2oz) fresh tarragon leaves
15g (1/2oz) fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

 Steps

Toss together all the ingredients in a large bowl.  Add any vinaigrette or dressing and toss again.  Serve immediately.
