Ingredients
180ml (6fl oz) buttermilk
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tbsp chopped basil
1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
2 tsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp sugar
Steps
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
