Ingredients
500ml (16fl oz) mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar or sugar substitute
3/4 tsp dry mustard
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
8 cups shredded red or green cabbage
1 carrot, grated
1 onion, cut into small dice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Steps
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
