Basic Tofu Quiche (Recipe)



















Ingredients

1/2 kilo tufu. mashed
1/2 cup brocoli, chopped
1 onion, choped
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 tablespoon turmeric
1/2 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoons lemon or calamansi extract
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 9-inch raw pie shell, unbaked salt to taste


Steps

1. Saute onion in vegetable oil
2. Mix in tufu, turmeric, mustard, calamansi extract. and soy sauce then season with salt.
3. Put broccoli at bottom of pie shell and pour in mixture.
4. Bake at 200c for 12 to 15 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
