Ingredients
6 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt to taste
Cucumber (optional)
Tomatoes (optional)
Steps
1. Mix eggs, soy sauce, and salt thoroughly
2. Heat butter in skillet until melted. Add eggs, reduce heat, and cook over low fire.
3. Stir constantly from the bottom until firm and cooked. (Use a wooden ladle, if possible.)
4. Garnish with tomatoes or cucumber.
