Ingredients
3/4 kilo tokwa, cut into strips or triangles
3 tablespoons cream of asparagus powder
Oil for deep frying
Lemon floweret (optional)
Parsley (optional)
Tomato rings (optional)
Steps
1. Dash each tokwa slices with asparagus powder.
2. Fry tokwa until golden brown.
3. Garnish with lemon floweret, parsley, and tomato rings.
4. Serve hot with any vegetable salad.
