Gluten Loaf (Recipe)
















Ingredients

3/4 kilo gluten, ground
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt to taste
Water

Steps

1. Mix milk, bread crumbs, and eggs until well blended.
2. Add gluten, onion, and soy sauce then season with salt. Mix well. Add a little water if nedded.
3. Bake until golden brown.
4. Serve with gravy or catsup, or top with grated cheese. If desired, bake until grated cheese melts.
