Ingredients
3 cups monggo, boiled
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
3 cups water
2 cups spring onions, cut into 1/2"
Salt to taste
Steps
1. Saute garlic and onion in vegetable oil.
2. Add tomatoes. When thoroughly cooked, add monggo and water.
3. Add spring onions, then remove immediately from fire.
4. Serve hot.
