Sweet-and-Sour Chunks (Recipe)


















Ingredients

1 kilo vege chunks
1 1/2 cups cornstarch
Vegetable oil
Garlic powder
Salt to taste

Steps

1. Mix cornstarch, garlic powder, and salt.
2. Roll vege chunks.
3. Fry in vegetable oil.
4. Serve with sweet-and-sour or with ready mix sweet-and-sour sauce.
