Sweet-and-Sour Choplets Garden (Recipe)




















Ingredients

1/2 kilo choplets, whole or cut into 2, slightly fried
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup green bell peppers, cubed
1/2 cup canned button mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 tablespoons catsup
2 tablespoons pineapple syrup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt to taste

Steps

1. Mix catsup, pineapple syrup, and soy sauce in a small bow. Set aside.
2. In skillet, stir in choplets in vegetable oil.
3. Add rest of ingredients and stir.
4. Season with salt.
5. Cook until tender-crisp.
6. Add pineapple mixture and cook until heated through.
7. Serve hot.
