Vege Loaf (Recipe)















Ingredients

3/4 kilo vegemeat, ground
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup wheat germ
1 small can tomato sauce
2 red and green bell peppers, diced
Salt to taste

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Place in well-grreased loaf pan.
3. Bake at 190c for about 15-20 minutes or until brown and firm.
