Ingredients
6 cups cauliflower florets, steamed or blanched
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 bell pepper, cut into strips
Salt to taste
Steps
1. Melt butter.
2. Add the tomato paste, cilantro, and chili powder and cook over low fire for about 10 seconds.
3. Add the cauliflower.
4. Season with salt.
5. Garnish with bell pepper.
