Ingredients
1/4 vegemeat, cubed, slightly fried
1 small bundle string beans, cut into 2"
2 eggplants, cut into 2 inches then quartered vertically
1/2 banana blossom, cut into 4
1/2 cup peanuts, roasted, pounded
1 cup atsuwete water
1 1/2 cups hugas bigas
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
Salt to taste
Dash of brown sugar
Steps
1. Saute garlic and onions in vegetable oil.
2. Add vegemeat, peanuts, string beans, eggplants, banana blossom, atsuwete water, and hugas bigas. Mix well.
3. Season with salt and sugar. Continue cooking until vegetables are half done.
4. Serve hot.
