18 pieces okra, blanched
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups water
Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Steps
1. Season beaten eggs with salt. Set aside.
2. Boil okra in water until soft. Drain.
3. Press okra with fork and dip in beaten eggs.
4. Fry until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with tomatoes or catsup.
