4 medium-size bundles pechay
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Soy sauce to taste
Steps
1. Cut hard stalks from leaves and slice separately.
2. Saute garlic and onion in vegetable oil.
3. Add the hard stalks and cook until half done.
4. Add the leaves.
5. Season with soy sauce and simmer for 30 seconds.
6. Serve hot.
