3/4 kilo snap bean pods (abitsuelas), blanched
Carrot flowerets, lemon rings, and parsley (optional)
Steps
1. Arrange snap bean pods in platter.
2. Top with hollandaise.
HOLLANDAISE
Ingredients
3 tablespoons soyannaise
3/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice or calamansi extract
Salt to taste
Steps
1. Place soyannaise in food processor bowl or blender. Process for 10 seconds or until yolk is blended.
2. Add butter and process for 5 seconds or until mixture is thick and creamy.
3. Add lemon juice or calamansi extract and stir.
4. Season with salt.
5. Garnish with carrot flowerets, lemon rings, and parsley.
