Vegetable Cheese (Recipe)


Ingredients

3 cups cauliflower florets
3 cups brococoli florets
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar or cottage cheese, grated

Steps

1. Steam cauliflower and broccoli until half tender.  Arrange in platter.
2. Melt butter in pan over low fire.
3. Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
4. Gradually add milk and stir until sauce boils and thickens.
5. Turn off heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
6. Pour over cauliflower and broccoli.
7. Serve hot.
