Frozen Jackfruit (Recipe)

Ingredients

3 cups ripe jackfruit meat
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 lowfat cream
6 cherries, bottled or sweetened

Steps

1. Combine jackfruit meat and sugar then cook.  Cool in room temperatue.
2. Add cream.
3. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
4. Top with cherries before serving.
