1/2 kilo white meat tuna (cut into small strips)
1 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 onion (big, chopped)
1 ginger (grated)
1 tablespoon calamansi juice
2 pcs. hot chili (chopped)
Steps
1. Mix the tuna meat and vinegar. Let it stand for 2 minutes and after 2 minutes, squeeze off the liquid.
2. Mix the ginger, onion, salt, chili and tuna meat.
3. After mixing them thoroughly after 10 minutes it's ready to eat.
