1 pack fresh labong
10 medium size alimango
2 cups gata
3 cups water
1 cup corn
1 onion chopped
10 pcs. okra
1 tablespoon ginamos (bagoong ilonggo)
MSG
salt to taste
Steps
1. Boil 3 cups of water in a casserole.
2. Add the onion and the labong. If labong is already tender, add the corn.
3. After 5 minutes add the okra (don't overcook).
4. Add 2 cups of gata and and ginamos, bring to a boil.
5. Add 10 pcs. of alimango; add MSG, salt to taste and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Add the saluyot leaves.
7. Serve hot.
