Olive Tapenade (Recipe)


Ingredients

220g (7 oz) calamata olives, stoned
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
60ml (2fl oz) olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon zest
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor; process until blended.  Store refrigerated in airtight containers.
