Makes 2 serving
Ingredients
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon grind
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 table spoon finely chopped fresh marjoram
2 pork chops, 200 grams each
Procedure
1. Mix rind, juice, oil and marjoram in a large bowl. Put in pork meat; cover and refrigerate for one hour.
2. Make Fruit Salsa: Mix together 1/4 cup diced ripe mango, 1/4 cup diced papaya, 1/4 cup diced pineapple, 1/2 teaspoon chopped cilantro, salt and pepper.
3. Cook pork in heated grill plate dabbed with oil.
