160ml (5fl oz) mayonnaise
250ml (8fl oz) sour cream
80ml (2 1/2fl oz) light whipping cream
2 1/2 tbsp prepared horeradish
1 tsp Dijon or wholegrain mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Steps
1. Whisk together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Adjust seasoning and horseradish to taste.
