Garden Sausage en Saba (Recipe)















Ingredients

1 big cabbage head
12 vegetarian sausages, slightly fried
36 multicolored marshmallows
12 saba bananas, cut lengthwise, slighly fried
3 spring onion curly flowers (optional)
1 bell pepper tulip (optional)
Barbecue sticks

Steps

1. Cut bottom of cabbage.
2. Remove its 3 outer leaves.
3. Arrange leaves on platter and set cabbage. (You may also use parsley leaves)
4. Thread sausage-marshmallow combination on barbecue sticks.
5. Do the same with saba-marshmallow combination.
6. Arrange sticks decoratively around cabbage.
7. Garnish with bell pepper tulip and spring onion curly flowers.
8. Serve hot.
