Savory Gluten (Recipe)















Ingredients

3/4 kilo gluten, cut into strips, slightly fried
1 cup mushrooms, cut into strips
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 bell peppers, cut into strips
Salt to taste

Steps

1. Saute garlic and onion in vegetable oil.
2. Add mushrooms and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add gluten and simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Season with salt.
5. Garnish with bell peppers.
6. Serve hot.
