Ingredients
3/4 kilo special vegemeat, cubed, slightly fried
2 carrots, cubed
2 potatoes, peeled, cubed, fried
1 small can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons vegeble oil
1 cup water
1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Salt to taste
Steps
1. Saute onion in vegetable oil.
2. Add tomato sauce and water. Stir.
3. Add vegemeat, potatoes, carrots, and brown sugar.
4. Season with salt.
5. Cook until carrots are half done.
6. Serve hot.
