Stir-fry Tomato Gluten (Recipe)















Ingredients

3/4 kilo gluten, sliced
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) recipe stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Cilanto, kinchay, or green onions, chopped

Steps

1. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add gluten and toss to coat.
3. Heat oil in a skillet and add gluten mixture. Stir.
4. Add tomatoes and cook for about 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
5. Season with salt.
6. Garnish with cilanto or kinchay or green onions.
7. Serve hot.
