Veggy Burger (Recipe)


Ingredients

6 vegetarian burger fillings
6 whole wheat buns, cut horizontally
1 cucumber, ringed
3 tomatoes, ringed
2 tablespoons lite mayonnaise
Catsup (optional)

Steps

1. Stack each wheat bun in the following order: cucumber, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and vegetarian burger fillings.
2. Cover with top bun.
3. Serve with catsup (optional).

Note: Buns may be heated separately before filling them up.  Cottage cheese may be used instead of burger fillings.
