1/2 kilo pork, finely sliced lengthwise
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon MSG (betsin)
2 tablespoon calamansi juice
3 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt
Sugar
Cooking oil
Steps
1. Mix the calamansi juice, salt, sugar and black pepper. Marinate the pork in the mixture overnight.
2. Drain the pork and fry until it turns into golden brown.
3. Serve it hot.
