6 pieces chicken wings, cut into two
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 egg white
1/4 cup cornstarch
black pepper and salt
cooking oil
Steps
1. Mix all the ingredients except the cornstarch and egg white.
2. Marinate the chicken wings into the mixed ingredients overnight.
3. After the marinating time, mix the egg white.
4. Roll the chicken into the cornstarch then cook it in a deepfry way. Cook it until golden brown.
