Basic Party Dip And Five Variations (Recipe)

Ingredients

125g (4oz) cream cheese, softened
360ml (12 fl oz) sour cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps

Mix together all the ingredients until smooth.  Add the ingredients from one of the following variations.  Keep tightly covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
